Fillbook

A faithful record of what you actually traded. Fillbook turns broker executions into real positions — spreads, condors and rolls included — then gives you a review built around the rules you trade by.

What’s inside

01 · Positions

Positions, not fill rows

A four-leg iron condor is one position, not four unrelated fills. Verticals, strangles, straddles, ratios and rolls across expiries are grouped, and expiration and assignment stay visible even without a closing fill.

02 · Import

Export once, no broker login

Bring a Robinhood account activity export, a thinkorswim Account Statement, or any CSV with explicit execution columns. Fillbook keeps the raw row, normalizes symbols and timestamps, and asks before guessing.

03 · Review

Your rules, your book

Write the rules you trade by — timing, size, DTE, loss limits, profit targets, cooldowns — and see adherence across your own trades. No imaginary perfect exits, no forgone-profit hindsight theater.

The review queue: uncertain groupings wait for you before they enter the journal.

Pricing

Try the whole workflow first. A sample book lets you explore before importing anything, and a 7-day free trial covers your own trades.

Monthly or lifetime. $2.99/month after the trial, renewing until canceled — or $19.99 once for lifetime access that never renews. Prices shown by Apple may vary by region.

Questions

Which brokers does Fillbook import from?

Robinhood account activity exports and thinkorswim Account Statement exports, plus any other CSV that has explicit execution columns.

Do I have to connect my brokerage account?

No. You export a file from your broker once and import it. Fillbook never asks for a broker login.

Does it handle multi-leg options strategies and rolls?

Yes. Verticals, iron condors, strangles, straddles and ratios are grouped into single positions, and rolls are followed across expiries.

How is P&L calculated?

Realized P&L comes from fully closed positions and is counted on the closing date, so open positions never inflate your results.

Where is my trading journal stored?

Fillbook is local-first: your journal, notes and imported activity are kept on your device.
